About Your Visit

These guidelines will help you have the best possible experience at Elite Aesthetics Wellness Spa.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can get settled, complete any necessary paperwork and begin the relaxation process.
  • Be well-hydrated and in a healthy physical state. Limit alcohol consumption the day of your service to avoid dehydration. We do have the right to refuse service if you are under the influence of any sort of drug or alcohol.
  • Get comfortable. We will provide bathrobes and slippers for you to wear while at the spa. You will be given herbal tea in our private retreat or serenity area while you wait for your service to begin.
  • Tell us what you need. At the start of every service, we will walk you through the entire process. Whether you are a spa newbie or a spa junkie, we will make sure you feel comfortable and that any concerns are addressed.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

We require a credit card to hold all services at the time of booking. The card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 24-hour notice.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full service value of the cancelled appointment.

Elite Aesthetics Wellness Spa and Children

Elite happily welcomes guests 16 years of age and older. We love children and we request that you give us advance notice if you are planning to bring a child along to your appointment. This will allow us to schedule a special “child-friendly” appointment that will help us maintain a peaceful and serene environment for our spa services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your consideration.
