It also provides several options to accommodate the various needs of our guests. An artist’s level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience that he or she has. We stand behind the quality provided by all service providers.

30 Minute Massage
Can be full body massage or can be 30 minutes working on specific areas of need.
Traditional Swedish Massage
A traditional Swedish massage focuses on a relaxing environment for deep inner silence, uses light to firm tissue manipulation strokes and is great for muscular stress, mental tension, and emotional wellness. It is great to be applied for a monthly massage schedule to assist in the body’s maintenance of wellness. It helps to remove tissue wastes that include metabolic acids and mineral deposits that can leave a person feeling stiff and lost efficiency. It is great for most ages, different body types, however if you have a chronic illness, it is good to ask your doctor if massage is appropriate for you.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a mixture of techniques to take care of the body tissues and any deeper imbalance and pattern of muscle tension. It is long term very soothing and releases patterns of disharmony, though in the moment can be uncomfortable as the practitioner stimulates the pain response in the body to take care of the present muscle pattern. The client needs to communicate throughout the massage to the practitioner if something is to painful or if the practitioner needs to move or adjust the pressure as sometimes depending on the size of the person deep patterns can be harder to locate and dissipate.
Therapeutic/Rehabilitation Massage help to aid in proper function of the body, deep and light tissue massage is localized to areas of stress, trauma, scar tissue, and restricted fascia. Your Therapist locates large patterns in the bulk of the muscle down to small stressors in the tiniest of joints to relieve pain and discomforts
Hot Stone Massage
A wonderful tool to the traditional Swedish Massage as it assists the body into a deep state of relaxation and detoxification. Warm stones are used throughout the massage to aid in the massage benefits.
Holding trigger points (a hot spot in a muscle; a knot”) to loosen the muscle without putting unneeded and painful pressure on the trigger point. Traditional Swedish Massage is applied to other areas of the body, but Acupressure is done on trigger points.
Gentle pressure and traction to joint centers around the body to realign and release held traumas. Great for pain and past trauma that still is affecting the body. Encourages the body to simply relax and let go of stress and traumas.
Precision Neuromuscular Treatment (PNMT)
A specialized treatment with a focus on the muscles that are the most painful; incorporates a therapeutic massage as well.
Prenatal massage is a side lying Swedish massage that can be altered to any areas of deeper tension to release painful points in the body structure. It is great for mommy baby connection, emotional wellness, and comfort of the body. Again please let the practitioner know how far along you are, any painful areas, what lying positions you are still comfortable with so the massage can be geared to your wellness. Prenatal can be applied up to hours before labor and post natal massage can assist in the soft tissue realignment, any emotional stress, and a nice gift to mom for working so hard for nine months!
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil, cream or lotion based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change in the body.
Reiki is a form of healing, spiritual practice, and wellness. It is great for building awareness of the body including emotions, energy channels, and personal assistance in different mental plane areas. The practitioner does on and off body techniques that intuitively take care of energy imbalances that can result in physical, mental, and emotional tension.
